Shipping Policy
Our customer friendly shipping is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the shipment method you chose (Ground, 2-day or Overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed and can be found and reviewed in your Shopping Cart before you complete your order. Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days. We only use shippers who work with tracking numbers so you may check the process of your order if you need to.
We always offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS THAT TOTAL $75.00 OR MORE WITHIN THE US. ORDERS TO CANADA WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING IF THEY TOTAL MORE THAN $150.00.
Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange less a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted only with prior authorization. Returns will be accepted if there is a manufacturers defect or sizing problem. You must notify us at
Customerservice@flirtynightslingerie.com within 15 days of invoice. After you receive authorization, return must be back to us within 10 business days. All returned items must be new, clean, unworn with all tags attached in their original package. No refund will be given if the returned item has been worn or damaged.
By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment with a crotch cannot be returned once the item has been removed from its package. Hosiery, panties, G-Strings and thongs are not eligible for refund or return unless the package is unopened or due to a manufacturers defect. Some exceptions

Please be cautious when shopping at lingerie websites that accept returns. Our policy assures that you, our valued customer, always receive brand new merchandise, not something that has been previously worn. We endeavor to ensure that every order is selected and shipped correctly. Should you receive the wrong item, size or color; due to our error, we will happily exchange it for you. There will be no restocking fee or additional shipping if items are returned due to our error. It is important when making a return that you ship through a source that will give you a tracking number. We cannot assume responsibility for items lost in shipping.
